Hello all
I am using Celestia 1.4.1, and somehow I just cannot get any labels to appear at all, regardless of what I try.
Is this a known bug with 1.4.1? Is there a way to at least 'force' the planet labels to appear?
Thank you in advance.
Mario

Re: No labels at all appear in Celestia 1.4.1
Have you got planet labels enabled in the Render -> View Options menu item?
BTW. How long have you been using Celestia?
If you have just started with Celestia, then before you do anything else I would highly recommend that you upgrade to the latest 1.5 version which has many enhancements, including...
There is also however a 1.6 version on the not too distant horizon, so you may prefer to wait for that. Not clear exactly when that will be released though.
Just bear in mind that if you create a lot of celURL's in 1.4.1, they'll have to be re-done when you eventually upgrade, as one of the 1.5/1.6 changes is in the absolute position of the Solar System. This change invalidates all celURLs.
