Hi all,
I was hoping to add some satellite information to my instance of Celestia 1.6. It seems to me that when I was using Celestia 1.5 (the release version) thta I noticed the ISS orbiting the earth. I can't find this in 1.6. Was that an add-on I had for 1.5 or is the information omitted from the current version of Celestia?
Merry Christmas all!

Re: Where is the satellite information stored?
Do you build 1.6 yourself? If not, are you using the Celestia 1.5 folder and a svn executable? If so you will probably need to download the extras-standard folder from Sourceforge. http://celestia.svn.sourceforge.net/vie ... -standard/
And to all a Merry Christmas too.

Re: Where is the satellite information stored?
Thanks Cartrite! I am using Celestia 1.6. I figured out where to store the satellite info for the 1160 satellites tracked by NORAD today. It sure makes for a busy popup menu in Celestia though
If anyone else is using Celestia 1.6 and is interested in an SSC file of these satellites with their information updated this afternoon (US Pacifc time), check out my post here: http://www.shatters.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=13343
