This site has a lot of smilies for this forum. Could some of these smilies be part of the forum? All we've got now are:
:D : Very Happy
:) : Smile
:( : Sad
:o : Surprised
8O : Shocked
:? : Confused
8) : Cool
 : Laughing
:x : Mad
:P : Razz
 : Embarassed
 : Crying or Very Sad
 : Evil or Very Mad
 : Twisted Evil
 : Rolling Eyes
;) : Wink
:!: : Exclamation
:?: : Question
 : Idea
 : Arrow
:| : Neutral
 : Mr. Green

This is what I think, actually.

You should not forget that Smileys are a quite ancient invention to allow people to express emotions in 'sterile' pure ASCII (!) internet/mail box conversations. They existed much before fancy PHP steered boxes like this one offered the yellow blinking "comic heads" instead;-)

"Educated" smiley users have the complete variety of Smileys /always/ at their disposal. All that is needed is 7bit ASCII code.;-)

<o> Saturn?
..O.. Jupiter and moons?
O o Pluto and Charon?
