Sticky post for usefull spreadsheets/programs for Celestia?

Just found that I killed the usefull programm for extraction of asteroids from the big database.
Then I had to remember what possible words would lead the search to find what I wanted.
Okay, I managed it, but it took some time and I know for sure that there are a lot more useful programs, spreadsheets and other stuff deep in the bowls of the forum.
Things that the old foxes have downloaded a long time ago, but things that would also be handy for newcomers. But those newcomers don't normally know that such tools already exist.
So my question is:
Should we create a sticky post for such usefull things and if yes, where?
Addons section?
And after that is cleared, a dive into the unmeasurable deepths of the forum to dig out the pearls of usefull helpers.
