Thanks sooo much for porting this to OS X on the Mac!!! I am running os 10.1.2 on a G4 867 mhz. with about 600 megs of ram. Preliminary results (about an hour of use) were awesome! I can't wait to get some some add ons ( the large planets moons download did not work for me). Keep up the great work. This really is the first program that simply floored me!!!

What format are the textures used on the mac? TIFF? or are they still JPEG?
I'm trying to teach the cavemen how to play scrabble, its uphill work. The only word they know is Uhh and they dont know how to spell it!

Same as everywhere, mixups of .png and .jpeg

It's still 1.2.0 on the mac, I stopped trying to make a 1.2.2 from source, too many things failing.

I was wondering if other users could use the addons I made for Celestia...the Canopus addon in particular...as I am not 100% familiar with macs of today...I thought I might make versions that will run under different OS's...So I suspect JPEGs work with Linux?
