Making a video of Celestia space travels

Has anyone experience or an idea, how I can create a movie or videotape from any Celestia travels?
I do have a DV camera and software.
I wonder if it is possible to create an AVI movie from the Celestia window or if there ist any way to get the animated content from this window to the camera.

There is an option like that already in celestia called "Capture Movie" under the File menu. I have never tried it, so i guess i'll just leave that up to you.

Yes, the CaptureMovie-option works great creating Celestia short-movies, you can even select which format you want it saved in.
