Constellation names gone?

It's possible I'm just doing something dumb, since I'm not around here very much.
But I find in 1.5.0.pre5 that I can't turn on constellation names by checking the "Constellation names in Latin" box. Used to be able to do that in 1.5.0pre3.
I'll turn in a bug report if this is confirmed by others.
On the up side, all those text display problems I encountered in pre3 seem to have gone.
Grant
Edit: Gad, sorry, this was supposed to have been added to the 1.5.0pre5 thread. I
have been away too long.

Grant,
To turn on constellation names, you have to check the box "(label) Constellations" which is the 3rd one down in the left-most "Label" column. That works for me, anyhow.
I believe that checking the "Constellations in Latin" box is intended to force labeling in Latin rather than labeling in the language of the current language Locale (e.g. French or Chinese) after the "Constellations" box has been checked. It has no effect in the U.S. English Locale. Apparently nobody has created an English .po file for the constellation names: they're always in Latin.

Hmmm. That works.
But didn't "Constellations in Latin" used to be an independent toggle, albeit one that did the same job in English?
Probably I just hallucinated it.

Selden (as I couldn't believe that, I checked CVS), the file do exist, so something must be broken... (on Windows I presume...)

English names of constellations are correctly displayed for me when I set my locale to English. It works both with en_EN and en_US:

It doesn't work on my Windows system.
I tried toggling back and forth between UK and US, and it made no difference. ( I'd rather not try some other Locale, in case it stays stuck in that.)

It works for me. When building Celestia yourself, you're probably not building that language DLLs by running po/translate_resources.pl. Personally, I much prefer the Latin names to the localized names, especially for obscure constellations--it's much easier to make the connection that Beta Pictoris lies in Pictor instead of "The Painter's Easel".

I'm not seeing the English labels when using the vanilla v1.5.0pre5, either. But I prefer the Latin names, too.
