Hi all,

Just downloaded Celestia this evening and WOW what a COOL piece of software!! I have a simple question though. Are there no tails on comets in Celestia?? I have visited several comets and see the nucleus of the comet but see no tail on any of them... any ideas what I'm might be doing wrong? Thanks in advance.

There is a beta of the next version release that has comet tails, ring shadows, and even an eclipse finder.

I almost forgot. Pre5 is a fix for users with Radeon cards. It works in conjunction with 1.2.5pre4.

If your're not using a Radeon card, just dl the pre4 .zip as you won't need the pre5 update.
