Recent shatters.net down time

I apologize for yesterday's shatters.net downtime. I was trying to upgrade the network bandwidth, but it turned out that the line to my house couldn't handle the higher speed. The DSL modem would connect for a second, then lose the connection and try again. Repeast for 18 hours. :?
