Hello my friends :) . My name is Elias Loukas and i am a new user of Celestia. This programe is great and i love it :D . Of course i have lots of questions about Celestia and add-ons. I also would like to create new add-ons, so i need your help.

First question. Some days ago i downloaded the Moonships from Motherlode. I like them, but not orbiting around Earth. So i but them around Moon  . Now i would like to put them closer to the Moon. How can i do this?

Have a look at 'spacecraft.ssc'... that should give you some clues. Glad you're enjoying Celestia spaceman!

Spaceman,

The size of an orbit is specified with the SSC variable SemiMajorAxis

When a body orbits closer to another object, you should decrease its Period, too: it orbits faster. But if you don't want to calculate the correct period,] you can pretend the spacecraft are under power. :)

I find it :D
I notice that in SemiMajorAxis 5000 the moonship-1 is now 3.262 Km from the Moon. I guest that the distance (5000) is from the center of the object, not the surface.

Third Law of Kepler, isn't?
