Is Internet Explorer 7 compatible with Celestia?

Hi folks:
I thought I ran across a warning on some forum post a while ago that IE 7 might cause some problems on a Windows computer when trying to view Celestia. I might be imagining it also
It did get a good review from PC World magazine, so I'd like to use it but before I do ....
Does anyone know of a reason not to install Internet Explorer 7?
Thanks in advance
Frank

I have been using IE for years. As far as I know it has no conflict with Celestia. When a CEL is double clicked IE opens a blank window with the CEL in the URL. Celestia then starts up if it is not running and goes to the location specified by the CEL.
However I just switched over to FireFox and have put IE to bed. I did get the latest version of IE but did not care to look it over because I had just installed FireFox. BTW IE took 15 or 20 minutes to install and needed to reboot the computer two times as I recall. I did not check memory or disk space use but I would bet that IE is blotware. But what is not blot ware theses days. OH, Celestia!

PS Frank, I downloaded the lesson showing the earlier earth and moon, excellent.

IE7 is installed on one of the systems where I run Celestia. I've had no problems with that combination.
IE7 is incompatible with many commercial Web-based business applications, however.
