Its called
tidal locking thermodynamics. One half of the planet always gets the heat from the star, the other half never does.

It's not the scientific fact that i doubted but its representation, it's too perfect to be natural...
=> the atmosphere and water move, so the iced line should not be a nice line...

I know its hard to believe, but some things just are "perfect" in the world. Have you seen crystals yet?

PSR B0329+54 bThe object has temperatures relatively suitable for habitation and possibly an ocean world
