Katie, are you really the only women here???

At least that white horse looks female;-)

Can't you encourage a few more 'space sisters' to come in and participate in our 'deep down' discussions about eternity, black holes, RedShifts, flooded planets and flying motorbikes??

I am sure this would double the download numbers of Celestia easily...

Bye bye Fridger;-)

Unless you have a few more females lurking in the shadows..i could very well be the only one...but i seem to remember one other female posting here before....

I dont have any 'space sisters' to bring here.....and i feel inadequate to enter into your space discussions...i came here to gaze at the beauty one has created...and decided to stay awhile...

My white unicorn and i are always around...even if we dont say too much...

That might very well have been me for a day or two;-). I also had this "brilliant" idea of logging in as "Christina A.". Not bad I thought: Chris, Christophe and Christina A.;-) But Chris would not let me...

"Inadequate"? What a word...

I believe she is a he...since italian is a romantic language guys have female names...but I could be mistaken...

And to add on signatures they should be discreet and bear no more than a baggage of 10k in size...IMHO...

Fridger I think you own one of those guitars or should buy one...Remember Heavy Metal aligned the planets and brought peace to the universe

Hmm I'll send you guys some music I found, Pretty good it's in XM format Winamp should play it
P.S. Rass I brought the Flying Motor Bike to Celestia on top of that I'm getting one! The problem Is I have to learn acoustic first. In A Year or 2 I should have a Flying Motor Bike and an Amp in my room. I have to Save Up around $2500 though just for The Guitar.

Your Lady has gone back to being the quiet observer...not having anything relevant to add to celestial discussions...and not wanting to take things off topic and annoy anyone...

I'll be in my quiet place on Altair....you know where to find me...

Lady, here is a little story for you:

Altair is a great multiple star in Aquila to look at from Earth...

I happened to be in that system about three years ago with the two
women I love: my wife and my daughter. We landed on a small planet the
name of which we did not know.

It was horrible!

Lots of nasty insects. No night for a good
sleep. Whenever one of those multiple Altairs set down, another one rose
up. The light was also strange (Spectral class A7, remember?)

My "ladies" put lots of pressure on me to get back home as soon as
possible (note I had a little engine problem...). They wanted to get
into contact again with real life, with nice people, learn about their
problems, laugh with them etc.

Now here is my question for you: Why do you still like it on
Altair?

Bye Fridger

Why? because sometimes real life can throw you some curves...and escaping them and dodging reality for a time can be the best thing for you...making a certain place your own haven...closing your eyes and imagining it to be what you want it to be...my vision of Altair is probly far from what it truly is...but there are just those times when your trust is completly broken, and you need the time and space to do some repairs..thats why i escape to a place i make my own...so i can come back and laugh at some of those problems you make reference to...

thank you for sharing your story with me...its my nature to be the dreamer that I am...and i'm sorry this has gone so far off topic...
