Here is a really spectacular mutual event: the /last one/ from the above list.

It's just 'right on the nose', please notice this little bit of Charons shadow at the South pole of Pluto!!
On the rhs is the reference image. The time is exactly correct.

Hah, you're right. I thought this one was adrift by a few tens of minutes when I check it, but I think I must have messed up the light travel time adjustment - I was moving towards Pluto occasionally to get a better look than I could with zoom alone from Earth, and of course the light travel was adjusting in the background while I was thinking of other things.
Guess I can stop fretting about those extra decimals, at least until we start looking at star transits ... :wink:

Well you touch upon an LT-delay issue that keeps me thinking whether I could code it more 'user safe';-) The Charon-Pluto system is so far away from Earth that by merely zooming (SHIFT+mouse1), Pluto remains still very small at the 3" FOV limit. So one may then travel towards Pluto (CTRL+ mouse 1, follow Pluto) which --as you say adjusts the time;-)
