First Ivan (Bruckner), now Rassilon, who will be next? Bruckner never returned, and rass may never. I guess there really isn't too much we can do, I wish there was...

Its not a mistake. More than likely hes lurking around watching what's all being said. To answer a few questions. Yes he had a fight with someone. Not just one person but rather a few people. People who considered him a dear friend. The fight has lasted months now. It has nothing to do with any members if this forum. Nor does it have anything to do with any members of his boards. (what was his boards.) If he returns in time you will probably never know its him. Same with Ladyhawke. I'm sure all parties wish you all didn't have to learn of this. His leaving has nothing to do with Ladyhawke how ever the other party feels she is to blame for it all. Just rest assured he saw each of you as Friends and meant you no hard feelings. To Shadow: Don't not let you heart brake. A true friend will never allow that to happen. He will return soon.

I really hope he returns, because whatever happened, it can be forgiven. I for one miss him a lot... Incase you are still reading this forum Rass, (which I really hope you are) I may not know all the details, or any at all, but just because a few people disagree with you doesn't mean you should have to leave forever. Thats my two cents anyway, if it helps at all, then I've accomplished my goal for now. I won't prod at this tender subject anymore, I don't mean to drag it out any longer than necessary. The choice is yours, Rass, and no one except you can make it. But I shall be putting up a small dedication on my webpage, if you ever see this message, you'll know where to find it.

I'm not a great participant to this forum, nor am I a great contributer to Celestia. But since I use Celestia a lot, since I own all Rass' addons, I'm feeling in some way concerned.

First, this forum shows a beautifull solidarity, that's properly amazing; that's good to see so much people who aren't afraid to show her feelings.

Second, thank you Rassilion, thank you for all your work, for your kindness and your passion.

I think no one in this forum will blame you, whatever you decide.

But everyone will miss you. :(

Like Psykotik, I too am not a frequent participant. I think I am also a bit older than most of the members :)
Rass, for whatever reasons, do not give up something you love to do!
You are an artist, with Celestia as your medium. If you enjoyed this forum and this program as much as it seemed, you will regret turning away.
However it works out, take care!

Michael said most of what I wanted to say. I feel that no one should be able to chase you away from your dreams or what you want to accomplish with your talents. You have inspired me to do a lot of the work I have done here and your absence will be a major blow to all of us. I feel I maybe a bit more of a stronger person than most emotionally and I can tell you what I would do in a case like this. I would say to hell with all of them and I would go on and do what I feel is right. Leaving the forum and everything you have accomplished behind is not an option for someone as talented as you are. I understand you are hurt. But unfortunately life is going to through things like this your way more often than you will ever know.
Stand your ground no matter how shaky it is.
So in closing, just take your time and think clearly about how you feel and then when things have calmed down, then make a choice as to where you go from there. No good choice is made in heat of an emotional battle of any kind. As the saying goes “A cool head always prevails”.
Good luck and I hope as everyone else does to see you back here in time.
