Because it is always disheartening to see Windows users complain about the various shortcomings of their OS, when nobody is forcing them to use it and when better and cheaper alternatives are around?

Sorry, but this is no longer true...
I simply CANNOT install Windows XP on my latest PC.
This was a pre-built machine which came WITH Vista, and
even though I bought a Windows XP disk, the system will not let me install it
because the hardware apparently makes use of some of the features that are
unique to Windows Vista.
