I Delete solarsys.ssc from data - Celestia 1.2.5 WORKING PERFECT BUT

without Our Solar System . Why? :evil:

:D why did you delete the solarsys.ssc :?:

that stores all the information foy the solar system
put it back and it will work :D

I think the answer is pretty obvious...You need the solarsys.ssc to view the solar system in Celestia ;)
I'm trying to teach the cavemen how to play scrabble, its uphill work. The only word they know is Uhh and they dont know how to spell it!

Friends,

I wrote before this post that Celestia 1.2.5. CRUSHES when Solar Sysytem

appears ( 1 or 2 seconds after starting) . Then I delete solarsy.ssc - 1.2.5

working but without S.System. I noticed that file (solarsys.) was "desk

note" and anothers (files) in data was unknown for Windows.

Answer please can I download only solarsys.ssc file? And Where?

Did you make any changes to the Solarsys.ssc before it crashed ?

Reinstall Celestia 1.2.5.

You will get the files back and start over.

Why delete solersys.ssc?

Why not indeed. Lets go crazy!!..

I`am tired to run 1.2.5. Celestia ( but I want to SEE it very strong)

This version works only without solarsys.ssc OR clicking F7 ( speed

1000 ly per second). I think the problem is in type of ssc-files. The files from

Rassilon and Darkmiss links Windows automatically tranceforming to notepad type (others files is unknown type for Windows).

So answer PLEASE how can I tranceform it from notepad type to unknown type?

That doesn't matter what type of file it is !!! The thing that counts is to be a .ssc file !

What is your PC configuration ? Perhaps your crash is due to a rendering option affecting something in our solar system...

You can use WordPad to edit the SSC files that NotePad can't handle properly.
