That would probably explain why I thought it was French... I'm seeing "Olympus Rupes". (which I assume is Latin). I expected to see the common (or traditional) name "Olympus Mons" (which I guess would be the same in both French and English translations, if they existed).

The only data files included for translation are solarsys.ssc and earth_locs.ssc as specified in
po/Rules-data.
The location on Earth are correctly translated in the language of the system locale.
