A quick question

I am new to Celestia, but I have found it a useful tool for showing my daughter the solar system. I was wondering if there was a utility, script or something else that would allow me to enter where I'm at in the US and see how the night sky should look. I would like to stargaze with my daughter and thought this would be helpful(especially on cloudy nights...:) )

Thanks,

M

Not directly.

However, you can install one of the larger Gazetter (location) files. It might contain a city or town near you. Then you can Goto it and look up.

See, for example,

and
