How do I adjust ISS position?

Right now TLE are:
Epoch (UTC) 2005-07-26 23:34:05
Orbit # at Epoch 38194
Inclination 51.645
RA of A. Node 57.111
Eccentricity 0.0003046
Argument of perigee 159.420
Revs per day 15.71956534
Period 91.60min
Semimajor axis 6731km
PerigeexApogee 351 x 355
BStar (drag term) 0.000073874 1E/R
Mean anomaly 357.698
Propagation model SGP4
Element number/age 1/16 days

I tried to modify ISS data as best as I could, but for some reason, it is not flying over New Zeland as it should be.

Any ideas? What did I do wrong?

TLE = Two Line Elements
you provided more lines than that :)

If you want someone to tell you what you did wrong, you'll have to show what you actually did.

Grant Hutchison wrote an Excel spreadsheet to convert between TLEs and Celestia format. You might try using that. (http://www.lepp.cornell.edu/~seb/celestia/hutchison/spreadsheets.html)

Don't forget that Celestia represents the Earth as a spheroid with many flat facets. The real Earth has a much more complicated shape. This causes a significant difference in viewing angles for objects in Low Earth Orbit like the ISS.
