Looking for an utility.

Hi all,
anyone of you know if is it there around any utility to obtain a tabular printout of the entire star database and/or of all objects installed with the plugins? To be honest, I forget all the stuff I install, their names and where they are positioned or orbiting.
It shall be useful also to discover out duplicates.

well one way to get a print out of file listings is to use tree
a linux util /gnuwin32 at
