Where can i find Celestia 1.4.0

Ok so this may seem very very stupid & i'm sorry if i'm starting a thread over nothing but i cant seem to find Celestia v1.4.0(the prerelease) anywhere. Can anyone tell me where i can download it. Thanks in advance :D
