Bennyboy:
Good News! It appears you've gotten the add-ons to work (referencing you last post) about a problem with error messages.
Now, you've got another problem that results in no image of Earth appearing. That is due to the fact that Celestia cannot find the files it needs to load the Earth textures. That is generally due to the files being unzipped into the wrong place. The add-ons MUST be unzipped only into the Celestia main folder located at C:/Program Files/Celestia. If they are unzipped anywhere else, the add-ons won't work.
Look in the Celestia main folder. You should find a folder named "Textures". Open it and you should find a folder named "Hires". Open it, and you should find several files, including a file named "Earth.dds", and a second file named "Earth-spec.dds". If you do, then you unzipped the add-ons OK. If you don't find those files, then you did not unzip the add-ons directly into the Celestia main directory. Try again.
If the files are there, let me know and we'll try to troubleshoot the problem further.

Frank G
