I think everyone has overlooked a powerful feature of the zlib library already included in Celestia. It reads zip files....However weither or not it can exract them for its use is another question because Ive dabbled in this only a small time...but if Celestia could be made to read zip files there would be no need to extract anything...Just place the zip in the extras folder and launch Celestia....done...
