Shatters.Net downtime?

Hey has anyone else been having trouble getting into the forum or to the Celestia home page. Not to mension TexFoundry. It seems that the sites are going up and down every day between 4:30PM and 7:30 PST or later. Last week I had a heck of a time getting in here to keep updated with the posts.

Yep, i've noticed too but i don't think it was down. The pages would load after a few seconds. Don't know, but either the internet link is satured or the CPU is overloaded.

Maybe chris should monitor bandwidth and CPU load for a few days and see what's causing the downtime/sluggish behavior.

The server hasn't been down, but it's possible that there's something sucking up lots of bandwidth. I'll sift through the server logs to see what's going on. Hopefully, it's not an issue with my ISP . . .
