Gallia problem

One user contacted me with problems concerning the Gallia add-on. I didn?t understand what caused this, and can?t test as i?m on a different platform, so i?m posting here, and hope someone else understands it:

I can't see Gallia at all, I must be doing something wrong. Have the
Complete install and the update and the specular DDS files, but when I hit
Enter and type "Gallia" nothing comes up in the search console...and when I
use one of your CEL links I go to a spot in space and in the 1870s but...no
Comet! Argh. The irritating thing is, I was able to get it running on my 98
partition after a brief similar "no Gallia" problem, but in my XP partition
I can't get see it!

OS - XP Home SP1
PC - PIII 800MHz 512MB RAM
Video - Nvidia 5900 256 MB RAM, latest drivers
Installation path:
Celestia\extras\Addons\Gallia\gallia.ssc, models folder, textures folder
