stupid question

Hello there...
I want to download and try celestia but in the website in cathegory Downloads when I start to downloading the .exe file it downloads only 4kb and nothing else...In the website it's said that new version is 11 MB. Please help. What must I do:?: :?: :?: :cry: :oops:
