get 'exception integer division by zero error

Just downloaded Celestia and it runs on my HP laptop but not my desktop system My desktop is as follows:

W2000
Asus Dual CPU motherboad with 2 P][ (350 MHZ) cpu's
Riva TNT2 Video card.

Could this be because of the second cpu?

I'm not a Celestia expert.
Though I'd say celestia hasn't been coded for multi processoring support, so it should only use one processor .. im not sure about this though ;).

Hi George,

please try to update your driver first. Then try to tell when exactly the error happens...

Before the main window is visible? Can you run any other OpenGL applications (besides Quake tec.) on your desktop?

Celestia can't take advantage of multiple processors, but it shouldn't create any problems, either. Certain older TNT2 drivers do have problems however, so I second Axel's recommendation--go to http://www.nvidia.com and download the latest drivers.
