Some 3840x1024 Screenshots

Post #1by Paddywak » 12.03.2004, 12:30

Hello,
I use the Matrox Parhelia to run three 19"tft screens with an effective desktop of 3840x1024 .... Celestia is stunning (IMO) when viewed this size... I's like having your own IMAX theatre...
Here are some screenshots ...

Sorry: I keep leaving out a critical part of the path. That should have been http://www.lns.cornell.edu/~seb/celestia/billboard.html

How could I ever forget Celestia? ;)

impressive and well detailed website, great information source. keep up the good work.

I had "http://www.lns.cornell.edu/~seb/celestia/" in my bookmarks, learned alot about Virual textures etc. I just missed the "Billboards for Celestia (includes texture files) " section somehow, it was just in front of me.

weekends are my "celestia" days, so I can spend alot of personal time to this great hobby of mine. =), I will post screenshots when I get it working.

thanks.
