Would it be possible to have the size of the comet tail determined by the temperature calculated on the comet nucleus?

Somehow having vast tails stretching behind a comet when it is over 20 AU from the sun seems wrong...

I agree with you. It just doesn't seem right, does it? 8O Perhaps we should post this message under the Celestia Bugs Heading?
