I have been to the Celestia site & downloaded the program from there but it is v1.3.0 , can someone tell me where v1.3.1 is please ?

The official release of v1.3.1 has not yet happened. Maybe real soon!

In the meantime, see the "Preliminary User's FAQ" at the top of this forum. Q3/A3.

I have downloaded the exe file celestia 1.3.1 (prerelease 11), and I had nod problems with it. There are a few changes to interface (mouse cursor is a cross now, options that you could access only from the keyboard in older versions are now in the menu...).
