I read today that Pluto has a very small atmosphere. it that right?? if it is, why in celestia it doesn't have??

The atmospheric pressure on Pluto is only about 1/100,000th of Earth's even at perihelion, and is probably pretty near zero at aphelion, so there wouldn't be anything to see if it was added in Celestia.
There is a bit of transparent haze in it at present, though, so you could always install Rassilon's Triton cloudmap to simulate that, if you wanted.

Search the forum for the keywords "Rassilon" AND "Triton". You'll get a small number of hits, one of which deals with the atmospheres of the Galilean moons. In that thread, Rassilon gives a link to his Triton cloud map.
It only takes twenty seconds to do.
