You can see your personnal stereosopic view in Celestia:
- Choose a scene (with various objects, satellites, moon and planet for example)
- Split the image vertically and make turn very slightly the image of right-hand side towards the right (right click, horizontally)
- Take a look at the all screen : how after having to have a cast, your eyes focus on a virtual central image in three dimensions!
It was a thread about 3d viewing, some months later: may you can find it in these fora?
If it can help,
Jeam

I recall someone post a message saying that it is working but some of the labels are not properly located (in 3D). Try a search.

Thank you very much!
It's beautyful! Never seen anything like this! Earth really exit from screen!
Try yourself:
- select earth (for example 35000 km of distance)
- split image vertically
- select right view
- sit down 1m far from screen
- try to see a third image that appear on center of screen (initially image it's not on focus. It's all right)
- click on mouse right button and shift mouse to the right (you're going to focus the image)
- More you shift right mouse, more earth exit from screen
Can you see earth in 3D?
If not, Use your hands if you want a help:
- left eye should see only right image
- right eye should see only left image
To Chris:
Is'it possible to lock the two views so that you can see easily other planets without repeating the focus procedure?
ps.sorry for my english
