Unable to access notification options

For a while now, I've been unable to change my notification options in the user control panel. It just returns an HTTP 500 error. This happened on the old domain as well. Will this get fixed soon?

i don't see any errors in system logs so it will be hard to find a root cause.

I just checked and I see the same error message as well under the notification options.

Anyway, the only reason why I want to change the options is because I don't want to be notified every time there's a new post in the Add-on Releases section.
