New 1.2.4 EXE (prerelease 3)

I think that I fixed the problem with point stars . . . no other visible changes to this version:

http://www.shatters.net/celestia/files/celestia-win32-1.2.4pre3.zip

This is just a zipped up EXE; use it to replace the EXE from the first prerelease package.
