Could someone delete this post (thread)?

These links are probably posted by some sort of web-bot rather than an actual person, do there's nobody to reply to. All we can do is help everyone here by pointing out the links as being bad/irrelevant.

Cheers,

It's not a web-bot, i think. We got similar posts on our forum in Croatia a week ago, on Croatian language, with different subjects, there is no way this is automated operation.

Chris should delete it all.

That link was irrelevant and obnoxious. In case you missed it and are wondering what 'that link' was . . . I exercised my evil moderator powers for the first time and deleted the original post. Spammers can go rot with the script kiddies.

All the spam messages that showed up in the forum today came from the same IP address, so I banned it. Hopefully, this isn't the start of a bigger problem.

Invest in a linksys router Chris...It will encrypt all passage into your server except the forums of course...Its vurtually impossible to hack...except again the forums...They cost 200-500 dollars...Something I am going to be getting before I move CV onto my server...

It will atleast cut down on the threat of hacking...

Also like my boards you might want to consider lessening the posting power of guests...eg attachments should be disabled...if not already...Also HTML should be disabled...Allow only phpBB code in posts...etc...
