What the title says.
Basically, the wikibooks page on reference frames just isn't cutting it, and neither are any of the other documentation on them on the entire internet cutting it either. I have lost count how many times I've come within nanometers of smashing my computer just because reference frames just outright refused to cooperate.
It would be nice to know exactly what works and what doesn't, instead of having to guess through trial and error the combinations that we think nail it only wind up making the object go on the fritz.
It would be greatly appreciated.
Can someone write a full tutorial on reference frames?
