Change of the Forum structure

that looks like a considerable improvement. Here is what I would do differently:

1) I would move the Help section up (under General) and the Discussion section last.

I agree that putting the Help forums in General is a good idea.

2) Furthermore, instead of repeating "Celestia" all the time in the forum headers, I would e.g.
write:

• Celestia Development
  
  • Bugs
  • Ideas & News
  • TechTalk

Agree again, though maybe some title other than 'Tech Talk'? (Not that the current 'Developer Talk' isn't any better)

Celestia Content

• Add-ons
• Textures
• Scripting
• Utilities

Good. I'd also suggest a forum for announcements about new content. Currently, it's rather tough to sort these out from the talk of content development.

3) Finally, "Purgatory" deserves a better name, given it's often interesting (non-Celestia-related) content.

Definitely agree here. The name started out as a bit of a joke, but it's time to assign a more appropriate name for this forum.
