Where's Chase Mode?...

I don't see any documentation or forum info about the new "chase" mode.
What's the short-cut key? I know phase-lock is ":"

I think the chase mode key is the double quote key (shift+single quote). Just to the right of the colon (on my keyboard, at least). I believe that chase mode is like follow mode except it maintains the observer's position with respect to the velocity vector of the target. This allows you to position yourself behind the target object and watch over its shoulder as it moves forward. I haven't actually tried it, as 1.2.4 isn't available yet on MacOS X, but this is what I understood it to do from previous comments by Chris.
