Hi everyone. I recently installed a new GeForce 4 TI 4200 graphics card and it is great. I'm running Celestia 1.2.5 pre 7. I've noticed, however, that I now have hundreds of small horizontal scan lines running through the galaxy haze of the Milky Way in my sky. I'd post a screenshot of the problem, but I don't have a website to put it on. I don't get the lines when I view other textures such as earth or the sun, etc. I also didn't have them when I was still using my older AGI Rage 128 Pro video card.
Does anyone know why I'm getting tiny annoying lines running through my galaxy haze? Is there some setting on my GeForce card I should make? I'd greatly appreciate your advice.
Frank

Photo of Galaxy lines
OK, I've set up a website and have posted a photo of the problem I'm having with horizontal scan lines in the haze of the Milky Way in Celestia. You have to look closely, but you can see dark lines passing through the haze. I suspect it has something to do with my new GeForece 4 TI 4200 graphics card. Perhaps it is normal, although I did not get these lines when I was using my older AGI Rage 128 Pro card.
Is this normal, or is there something I need to be adjusting in my graphics card setting? If so, how do I do it? Your advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
