Dear forum users and all those who care about this forum.
As you know, now we face an acute problem: the lack of moderators.

Therefore, I once again announce the need to appoint several moderators to the forum.
I ask everyone who frequently visits the forum and has some free time to respond to my request.

As you know, every user who has just registered cannot post on the forum, the post is first sent for moderation. After the first message of the new user is approved by the moderator, the user will be able to post messages without moderation.

Therefore, the tasks of moderators:

• visit the moderator panel and check new messages
• approve messages that are real (not spam)
• reject messages that are spam and advertising
• handle complaints from users (you will see notifications about them)
• delete messages containing insults to forum participants, as well as violating the law

For future moderators, I will make instructions for working in the moderator panel.

I volunteer.

I would also like to volunteer.

Tasks looks easy. I could take a part of them.

Currently, both current moderators have been relieved of duty.

From this point on, moderators are:

• Art Blos
• Lafuente_Astronomy
• pirogronian

But @pirogronian, please remember that the development of Celestia is a higher priority than the moderation of the forum.

I thank you for giving me this position. But I know this comes with responsibilities so I'll do my best to use them

A bit sad, to see I'm not a moderator, but I won't complain. I'm sure Lafuente_Astronomy, Art Blos, and pirogronian will do their job very well.

I'm actually doubtful as to the age of some members in the group. For all we know, SpaceFanatic64 is older than what he typed in his profile. But if he really is 13, then I would agree with you. After all, there's still High School and College to deal with. I'm still in College but my schedule is an easy one, so I have a lot of free time

Alright. Sorry SpaceFanatic64. I know you can do a lot here, and you can contribute but we don't want to burden you with this responsibility yet. In time, you will have it. But not now.
