I'm currently working on improving my script - "Two objects relative info". I've recently noticed, that it could display relative speeds with greater accuracy, if I knew what is the elementary time period in Celestia. From my experience I only know that it's of the order of one milisecond. I'd like to know this period exactly. I'd be very grateful for this information.
