I'm not really sure, but change the AscendingNode of the starbase to match the rest of your objects.
Your stars-planets AscendingNode 67.726
Your starbase AscendingNode 113

Try using the "OrbitFrame" or the "UniformRotation" properties for the station.

Type control shift to activate edit mode then cntrl-alt-shift at same time to orient the starbase to your liking.

Guillermo A. wrote up the correct sequence of steps that surely work in MS. The alignment procedure is not implemented in Linux, though.
Code: Select all
... start Celestia in verbose mode:
> celestia --verbose > align.log
Enter edit mode with @
Select the model with <enter> <model name> <enter>
Rotate around X and Y with ctrl+shift+left button+drag
Rotate around Z with ctrl+shift+right button+drag
Save with !
Exit Celestia
Read orientation and rotation in align.log
I copied it from here.

If you still cannot get it to work you can email me your addon and I would be happy to orient it for you.
