Problem loading Celestia

Hello, I have problems opening Celestia. When I open, the screen doesn't load, it's just white. I had the same problem with Google Earth but there was a function to open it in DirectX-Mode. Is there anyway to do that in Celestia?

You need to update your computer's graphics drivers.
The current version should be downloadable for free from the Web site of the manufacturer of your graphics hardware.

Celestia uses OpenGL and does not have a DirectX option.
These symptoms mean that the graphics driver is out of date: both Celestia and GoogleEarth are trying to use OpenGL functions which the driver claims to have but which are buggy. Instead of working, they make your screen go white.
