Is Celestial Matters accepting new forum members?

So I recently created an account on the Celestia Matters forum, and it said that my account is inactive and will need to be approved by an administrator. Will this take a long time?

usually, I review new applications for user accounts at CelestialMatters without delay. Yet I was travelling yesterday for most of the day.
