I spent hours searching for anything close to my question, but nada. I used the Search feature, then ended up scrolling through the long lists of questions...
Is there a way to make Celestia display time to the local time in a fictional stellar system for the Focus Planet?
For my fictional world, seconds, minutes, and hours are the same as here on Earth. However, the day is 32 hours and the local year is 432 local days (576 Earth days).
I am guessing there is no way to do this.
Thanks.

Not directly by Celestia. However, you could use a Lua script to display whatever values you want on the screen. This could take the form of a Celx script that is run manually, a "ScriptedOrbit" which is defined for one of the system's bodies, invisible or otherwise or an enhancement like is used for the Lua Universal Tool Kit.

That I finally figured out by looking through (with a fine toothed comb) the Motherlode.
Also found a Broken Link. Still looking for proper place to post.
I guess it is attached by using Add files button?
Or is it below this?
Just used to different style forum boards. Yours is similar, but different, than the ones I usually visit.

You can use the "Contact us" link at the bottom of the page to notify the ML management of broken links.
Unfortunately, Harald's Web site is gone. Copies of it are available by way of the Internet Archive site, though. See, for example, http://web.archive.org/web/20130818072425/http://celestia.h-schmidt.net/
A reference manual for Celestia, which includes both Cel and Celx documentation, is available at https://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Celestia

I wouldn't hold my breath if using the "Contact us" link at the Motherlode. Last time I contacted them I never got a reply, so I'm not sure if anyone is home. ( Who is running that site these days anyway ... Bob? )

Ulrich Dickmann and John Van Vliet are running the Motherlode right now. The site is still acitve, as there are still addons published (since the forum is up again, quite regualary in fact). I also am uploading addons from time to time, and I am therefore kind of in contact with Ulrich every now and than. So it is worth trying to contact them.

We got (and replied) your email of June 11 (you did ask how many times your various addons have been clicked on / downloaded, etc. in total).Chuft-Captain wrote:I wouldn't hold my breath if using the "Contact us" link at the Motherlode.
