Re: Pictures from Celestia
Is this texture only for Sci.Fi or are you are uploading to use in Celestia?Or is a texture and model borrowed from another program?

Re: New Version?
But Celestia.Sci will not be a free version? Right? If so, we won?t have a new version of something that you don?t have to pay.The market is full of comercial simulators like Distant Suns. It will be a pity if we lose the only option available.

Re: HD 189733b IS BLUE
Its texture is not in Motherlode. Is it in the index of creators?
The texture with the color blue should approach HD 189733 appearance. However, judging from the NASA link,it can be improved and I don?t know how to do this.

Re: HD 189733b IS BLUE
I did something like that someday, but I didn?t find the texture. I think that now we have a temperatura map and its color, would be possible to try something a little more "realistic". I did something right now, but is too crude. I used the 51 Pegasi texture as a base and use the tool dis...

Re: HD 189733b IS BLUE
Some one did a fictional texture of HD 189733b and it was rather good. But I can?t find it anymore.Should someone do a blue version?

Re: Designing our own DSC globular clusters?
Talking about that.Do anyone have the file M4.zip of Rassilon and could send to me? Note that I said DSC. :P Which means, are there any resources or documentation that can guide addon creators who want to create just .dsc globular clusters, real or fictitious, instead of globulars created by the pop...

Re: Source Forge

When we will have locations file from asteroids like Vesta?I think a lot of features has been named. But when I get to Vesta, none appear because the new locations are not available yet.The same to minor moons of Saturn. Is there any prevision when thiis is goi...

Re: Vesta.1 year and almost NOTHING
I corrected it with unmanned spaceflight texture from Steve Albers homepage and the vesta.cmod model by gaskell.I wasn?t seeing the alternate texture, too. http://imageshack.us/f/841/vestacorrected.jpg/ http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/10/vestacorrected2.jpg/ http://imageshack.us/f/338/vestanorth...

Re: Vesta.1 year and almost NOTHING
Actually I was already using gaskell models, because the particle grasp addon have only a model and not a texture. But the texture is yellowish and incomplete. because is in dxtnm texture. The texture only appears in Open GL 2.0.But I wonder when are we going to have good textures in jpg and png?Eros,V...

Vesta.1 year and almost NOTHING
Dawn is almost one year in orbit of Vesta. However,we only have a partial texture map of Vesta, made by particle grasp that doesn?t fit very well in the model and nothing more.I wonder if the most difficult thing is to made a model and we already have a pretty good model for the asteroid, why we don?t...
