well some idiot did a DMCA clam that that file was theirs the 16k map is no longer available is there any way you could get this back? And will this affect how you add these addons in the future? Great news! I got a mail from the creator of this simulator, and he sent back a link to make cylindrical textures into usable format on space engine!

Hello, i've found a really cool program, it's like celestia on steroids, as you can go anywhere you want in the entire visible universe, and you can actually see the surface of planets, suns and lots more! about the only "height map" is a tinny 120x60 px i did post a an 8k "artists concept " normal map over on the motherload and can post the 16 bit.v i used ( or the 16bit.gray ) or the 32k raw image i used for the VT . a 1k ( 8 bit) jpg of the of the 16 bit http://thumbnails3.imag...

I know i can handle it. I just need to know how to make an ocean out of bumpmaps, heightmaps exc. Thats the only thing i need to know right now, and i don't wanna go trought shitloads of tutorials just to do one thing.

Hello, I am new here. I thought i posted a topic some minute ago, But it didn't show up! But back on topic. I am trying to make a terraformed moon texture. But to do that, i need water on the texture. I wanna know how to make water in the craters by using a bumpmap, heighmap or a elevation map!
