any dds version of 64K/128K earth??

i am using celestia 1.40 and when i viewed halley,i discovered that no comet tail appeared around halley and i checked that i have ticked the comet tail in the option.Moreover, only fading colour of comet tail shown in other 2 comets,can anybody tell me what happen?thank you.

i know there are add-ons for mars 32k or 64k virtual texture.when i installed them in my celestia folders,i found the format of the texture are in png format,and it ran very slow.
i just want to ask if there are any dds format virtual texture files for us to download,thankyou.

This website is a really good website,it provides us many planets' moons picture files and 3ds add-on files,but i have a question.do the add-ons are accurate in colour and landscape of the moons?

Sorry,i know why i couldn't see the text of hongkong on the earth in celestia,because i made the latitude and longitude reversly in the ssc file.

Is there any small star dat file add on for download??The add on i found was too large,26MB,it ran slow when i opened celestia after i put the file in the data folder.Is there any add on below 10MB??

How to add the text of location of hong kong??I have copied the same text as other cities and changed the name,latitude and added in to the ssc file.But i can't see there is a label of HongKong,how can i do??

1: download the locations file you want
2: put the ssc file into the extras directory
3: run Celestia and goto the planet of the location file you downloaded
4: turn on the locations with the "&" key (shift 7)
