objects in the rings of planets

An idea I had that could be added as a default is I think there should be asteroids in the rings of planets so they don't get too "flat". I think this would make the ringed planets more vivid and make it a lot more interesting to explore, as well as look nicer. If that exists, I don't know...

Re: Pictures from Celestia

just testing after racking my brain for hours trying to understand the "SSC" code. At least the effort was worth it! Note: the models are not mine, they are from a website.

Sombrero Galaxy (update)

For those who don't know "betegelge" is my old account on this forum. In this addon what I did was basically to take the addon from my old account and kind of improve it. I made this dust cloud blacker and added a black hole in the center. This black hole was not created by me, it is an ad...

Happy Birthday Anthony_B_Russo10

According to the forum, Anthony_B_Russo10 is a year old today. I still don't know how to create addons like you but I took a screenshot by Celestia. There you have it and happy birthday again.

Re: I have an idea

I know that. What I meant was that as we entered the galaxy, this nebula would disappear. I think SE uses this.

Re: Design, mountains on earth

Hello culturediff. I'm glad you liked it, it just so happens that what I'm trying to do with my addons is just make them beautiful, realistic too but I'm investing more time in making it prettier, for example I have some dummy system addons and all of them (only the one in the "dummy system&quo...

this addon adds one more fictitious system, hope you like it Story (note: the story may not make sense) This planet was formed 6.7 billion years ago, planet b, has a very high chance of having life and also not, this happens because its orbit is crooked, one side gets colder and the other colder, Th...

dummy system

In this addon, I added two planets and two moons, this is a small addon, so I hope you like it. History(Note: the story may not make sense) Well, since we know how stars and planets are born, I'll skip this, this planet is 3 billion years old, Formerly 2.4 billion years ago, the planet it was health...

Re: inside the planets

Could there be a rendering system in Celestia? (when approaching an object, show it and objects that are within a scale that only shows if you are inside) Would it run well on Celestia? Or does it already exist? Or if this would make Celestia lighter? I think with that, you'd be able to see inside t...

Re: Design, mountains on earth

if it's to visualize what's written inside I usually use a reader or text editor, but if it's to visualize in 3D I recommend cmodview, I hope I helped.
